1. By agreeing to go thru in commissioning skunkieloo, commissioners agree to the terms of service as listed below

2. Commissioners must agree to send the full amount as $ US dollars via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal. Commissioners must agree to pay first before any art is drawn. No paying halfway through, or any kind of negotiations or trades. No refunds after the commission has been started (unless Loo feels it is warranted). If a chargeback is issued, commissioner immediately loses their rights to the art Loo has made for them up to that point

3. Commissioners must write clear descriptions of what they would like to see drawn, as well as provide legitimate references (Loo will not accept commissioners who do not have references of their characters). Commissioner must be very clear in what they would like to see or else Loo may charge extra for later changes in the commission. No changes will be made after the WIP process has been finished. Loo will aim to ensure with the best of her ability that each commissioner is satisfied with the art received. As such, it is up to commissioner's judgement to determine if Loo's art will be right for them

4. Complex designs will cause your commission to cost more, perhaps up to 20% or more. Rush orders will run up commission prices by an additional 50% of the whole commission

5. Loo owns all copyright to her art. Credit must be given if art is publicized, displayed, or reposted

6. If commissioner is rude or mean towards Loo at all at any point during the commission process, she has the right to decline and not go thru with the commission

7. When Looloo has finished commissioner's art, commissioner will receive a png file via email! For twitch emotes, commissioner will receive one file each of 28 x 28px, 56 x 56px and 112 x 112px. For Discord emotes, commissioner will receive one 32 x 32 file per each emote

8. The only commissioned art Loo will do is YCH's, discord and twitch assets like badges, alerts, and pngtuber models, and also illustrated commissions (selective only). You may also subscribe to Loo's Patreon at tier 3, aka "supportive stinker", and put in a patreon request (allowed to be NSFW, kinky, or anything else she is comfortable doing). Each patron within that tier is permitted to place one art request per month
